Madly Audacious Concepts Inc. d/b/a Lii Song Canada (“Lii Song Canada”) offers warranties to its customers for both Lii Song and LyriTech products.

New speakers and drivers purchased from this website or authorized retailers are covered under a Lii Song Canada manufacturer warranty (the Lii Song Canada Warranty) providing for a replacement of the affected component for a period of 5 years. Open box and/or Demo Model products are covered for a period of one year, during which time they would be eligible for repair or replacement.

*Normal wear and tear is excluded.

** Shipping costs in the event of the replacement of a product under warranty are excluded.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser; it is not transferable. To take full advantage of your Lii Song Canada Warranty, and to avoid any confusion in the future, it is best to create a customer profile on the Lii Song Canada website and to retain your original purchase receipt.

To exercise your warranty rights, contact Lii Song Canada at warranty@lii-song.ca to describe the issues and a Lii Song Canada representative will assist you.

Madly Audacious Concepts Inc. d/b/a Lii Song Canada (“Lii Song Canada”) offers returns for both Lii Song and LyriTech products.

Lii Song:
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, Lii Song products are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date your order is received (the trial period) provided the products (speakers and drivers) are in good condition. If the products are in good condition, the purchase price will be refunded, less Lii-Song Canada’s original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Once received by Lii Song Canada and the product is verified to be in good condition, the refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the product.

Exceptions include: select sales and promos; discounted Demo Models and/or products sold as-Is.

LyriTech:
LyriTech products are eligible for returns within 60 days from the date your order is received (the trial period) provided the speakers are in good condition. If the speakers are in good condition, the purchase price will be refunded. Once received by Lii Song Canada and the product is verified to be in good condition, the refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the product.

For both Lii Song and LyriTech:
To initiate the return, please pack the product as new in the same packaging received and send to Lii Song Canada at the address which was provided to you with the original shipment. Photos of the product should be included to document its condition prior to shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Physical or cosmetic defects must be reported within 72 hours after receipt, or they become the buyer's responsibility.

All items are inspected upon receipt. The customer may be liable for any items returned damaged or missing parts. Items such as remotes and power cords can shift around in shipping and may damage the equipment. Make sure these items are packed securely.

In general, refunds are issued within fifteen business days after receipt of returned product at Lii Song Canada, however this timeline could be delayed for various reasons such as a required technical evaluation.

Repeat Returns: Upon the second return request in a 60-day period, Lii Song Canada reserves the right to refund your transaction to store credit only. Repeat return policy abusers will be notified of return policy exceptions for them and for all future purchases they make.

Return Exception: Special order items are non-returnable.
